			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many of us know that in order to permanently cure <strong>back pain</strong> problems, exercise is a definite requirement.  Regrettably, very few of us do any of the needed exercises because we argue that we don&#8217;t have the time and, besides, we don&#8217;t like to do them, anyway.  It is only after we&#8217;re suffering with back pain that we come to the realization that we ought to have been doing the exercises all along. In the case of back pain, the old aphorism, &#8220;An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure&#8221; was never more apropos.  If you are currently suffering from <a href="http://www.sacramentochiropractor.org/category/back-pain" target=_self>back pain</a>, it is important to see your chiropractor immediately.
